leaving the hotel, I forgot my sweater. the hotel kept it and I could recover it. I appreciate.
my room was very noisy, because located near transformers.
very helpful and kind staff, free drinks in lobby, free coffee and tea in room, bathroom very well equipped, very lose to metro station
rooms too small.terrible window view with not much natural light.they prepare breakfast but there is no restaurant so you have to have it in the room, not a good solution.
I liked de location near of sub way end the center of the city, in a calm place
My favourite thing was the bathroom and the location across the road from a great little Thai restaurant.
The air conditioner was loud and ineffective.
The bathroom is quite Japanese style. You take a shower and then go to the tub for a hot bubble bath. It's quite relaxing.
The size of the bathroom, and the great shower and all the toiletries on offer.
Very convenience to town and shopping.
Room is a bit too small for even two person while the bath room is very good size.
We had been given the Japanese Room which is quite spacious for 3 people in a room. That was an experience to remember.
The lift was small. Only enough to fit 3 people with 3 luggages. Also, the room had a weird smell. But we got used to the smell after awhile.
This hotel is in a great location and was so easy to find! The directions on the website are exactly right (although you have to check for the Subway). We walked to the Government buildings and Shinjuku station with 2 young kids, so it would be really easy for others to do it. (The hotel is a great place to stay if you want to visit Shinjuku / Harajuku / Yoyogi / Shibuya areas.) The bathroom was huge (like the size of the room) and there were free refreshments in the "lobby". The staff were also very helpful!! There is a store 2 minutes away too!
Our room was not exactly clean. We wanted to put the beds together but when we tried we had to move it back as it has obviously not been cleaned for a while. Someone else described the hotel as sketchy, and I think that sounds about right. It probably wouldn't have mattered if we were 20-something travellers, but with a family, we spent as little time as possible actually in the hotel room. (PS My husband got a peak of another room and said it looked better than ours, so it could be a little hit and miss.)
The fact that we were allow to put an extra bed in the room, we were a group of 3 and none of us wanted a room alone
beds were on the hard side
Subway station was within three blocks from hotel. Hotel was in a quiet location.
Bathroom was old and dingy.
Excellent bathroom with huge bubble bath and amenities; good bed
The location in Shinjuku.
The room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. The room was very small (but cheap and in a great area of Tokyo).
quait hotel near to sabway
small rom smal bed
Staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my phone behind on departure and they carefully stored it until I returned.
Needs a refurbishment. Didn't replenish the coffee, but then some hotels don't even give you free coffee.
